SHIPPING POLICY

At Keepsakes for Life, every keepsake is handmade with love, care, and attention to detail. Whether it’s a Memory Bear, a Pillow, or one of our smaller keepsakes, each piece is thoughtfully created from the clothing and fabrics you send us, items that hold a special place in your heart.

Processing Time

Our current processing time is 7 business days from the date we receive your clothing package, not from the date your order is placed.
This allows us to design, cut, and hand-stitch each keepsake with the care and quality it deserves.

Once your order is completed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey home.

Shipping Time

Domestic U.S. shipping: usually 3–5 business days after production.

All packages include tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

For peace of mind, a signature upon delivery might be required. This measure enhances security and ensures that the package is received by the intended recipient. Customers should ensure that their shipping address is one where someone is available to sign for the package, thereby reducing the risk of delivery issues.

Sending Your Clothing

Please ensure your garments or fabrics are clean and ready to use before mailing them to us.
We highly recommend shipping with a trackable carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Keepsakes for Life is not responsible for clothing items lost or delayed while in transit to our studio.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each keepsake is custom-made using your personal clothing, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
If you experience any issue with your order, please reach out, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Additional Notes

- If you need your keepsake by a specific date (such as a memorial or special event), please contact us before sending your items.

- Rush orders may be available during certain periods for an additional fee.

VERY IMPORTANT

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. This includes verifying the correct zip code, city, and any apartment numbers if applicable. Inaccurate information can lead to delays or additional shipping charges for resending the order. If any discrepancies are detected, the customer will be contacted to rectify the issue.
